New York, Harper and Brothers. 1902, First Edition. Hardcover, Octavo. Book, Original edition with the nice photographic plates, dark green pictorial cloth with gilt titles and decor. A still nice copy, with a few minor flaws. Though the cover gilding and illustrations are bright, there is a beverage ring in the area of the horse's legs. The hinges and text block are strongly bound, but the half-title page has been excised before the frontispiece image. Else VG, with mild age tone to paper and light outer wear. Good+/No Jacket.
